I know this isn't the Four Seasons. I have realistic expectations when checking-in at hotels like this one. So keep that in mind. The staff was friendly and courteous from the start. The hotel is dated for sure. That's probably the biggest reason my room didn't smell the best. It wasn't awful or disgusting. It was just unpleasant, I suppose. The water in the shower was tepid at best and it only lasted 5 minutes. That's ok for me. But it might bother other people. The continental breakfast was borderline satisfactory. I've stayed at similar hotels that offered more options and better quality. My stay was satisfactory and it met the expectations of my stay which were just a place to crash for the night.

Sharon and Misty are the best. Very polite patient and welcoming. They are keepers. Room clean good location for food and more.

Convenience to Mayo hospital is a plus. Staff was nice. The beds are terrible. You can feel every spring and the makeshift mattress pad on the bed does nothing to help. Shower is a pod and there is no real room behind the door for changing …
